What do you do with all the poop?

Here at Scoop Citi, we double-bag the poop and put it in the customer’s garbage. We can also take it with us with an Extra fee 

While you can request schedule changes, we can’t always guarantee our availability to match your requested service day. This is because we optimize our routes in order to keep service affordable for all of our customers. As Scoop Citi grows, we anticipate offering even greater scheduling flexibility to meet your needs!

Nope! You don’t need to be home. We only require access to the area to be cleaned. If your dog has aggressive tendencies, we ask that they remain inside during our visit to ensure everyone’s safety. You’ll receive a text alert before we arrive and a gate lock photo after we leave for your peace of mind.

Yes, as long as they are friendly and comfortable around new people. Our team loves meeting our furry customers! If you’d prefer a meet-and-greet when the tech arrives, just let us know—we’re happy to take the time to introduce ourselves.

No! Through our convenient customer portal, you can pause, reschedule, or cancel your service anytime.

 

Yes! If you’re in our service area, one of our friendly staff will assess your property and provide a personalized quote and cleanup plan.

Scoop Citi will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including all yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

We do not clean the inside of homes. Just the outdoor space.

The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Scoop Citi®. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked..

Here at Scoop Citi we will bill you once a Month the First week of each month to cover what plan you have chosen.

Yes, at any time through the Customer Portal you can make any changes. If you cant figure it out just give us a call and we can do it for you.

We offer flexible plans: twice weekly, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleanups to fit your household’s needs.

We also offer sanitizer & deodorizer treatments to eliminate germs, odors, and bacteria for a fresher, safer yard.

 

Yes and No. If it is thunder and lighting we will wait it out and if we cant we will double scoop for the prayer week.

We take all major holidays off. we also take  Thanksgiving and X-Mas week off  and resume service the following week or day we a double Scooping

Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
